She's a pretty old ship, used to be the Mistral, and is Costa's smallest. According to the deck plans, there appears to be no passenger laundries, which isn't surprising on such a small, older ship.

I've looked through an old Berlitz Cruising book, and could only see one Costa ship with a self-service launderette- Costa Victoria. I couldn't find Mistral, but Kitty 9 has answered you there. :)

Yet oecific princess and ocean princess, princess' oldest and smallest have laundries.

According to my "Go To" travel source, there are no self serve passenger laundries on this ship. I would share the source, but it is a TA website and thus unmentionable.
