Currently on Brilliance. Rafael Soares in the Concierge Lounge is fantastic. He currently thinks he will be on until end of January. Mihaela Toana in the Diamond Lounge is lovely. Not sure of contract info for her.

Not sure there is a typical. My experience has been a few minutes to infinite.

Liberty of the Seas:

 

Jorge Gutierez is presently the SL Concierge but will leave 11/27 and go to Enchantment on 11/28.

 

Anis Tebbeb is presently in DL but will move to SL on 11/27

Carlos Ortiz back from vacation 11/27 will be in DL for 6 weeks then Anis and Carlos will switch lounges

Just got a PM from Allan Fajardo, and he told me that he will see me onboard! Sailing on Oasis this Saturday!

He's very busy being a Genie, but he loves it!

Thanks so much! I either missed the post or had a senior moment. :) Bon Voyage! We board the day you disembark. BTW, I hope we see Allan while we are onboard. We are not in Star Class, but maybe he will be in the Suite Lounge from time to time.

Sherri, it doesn't look like to me that your document updated correctly. It still shows Alan as pending return to Navigator and in the DL instead of CL.

Oops! Sorry, I must have looked at an older version that listed someone else on Oasis through early 2017.

Just to clear up the confusion. Alan del Fierro is the Diamond Concierge on the Navigator now. He will be there through late January. No plans to return to Enchantment (as of now).
