Not all of the Vines have the tapas. Depends on which ship you are on.

They're free with any drink (not just wine) with your All Inclusive Beverage Package that's $10 or less. :)

We are just off the Grand and the tapas in Vines were nothing to write home about. There was no menu or choice. They just brought out a plate with a dab of hummus and pita, carpaccio and some olives and cocktail onions.

That is exactly what happened on the Star back in April. The tapas should be free.:D
