I just did a dummy booking on RCI.

 

With the Diamond discount (225.00 per cabin) there is no change from my original price to the current special. There is NO OBC offered.

 

If I remove the diamond discount' date=' the cost is 225.00 more AND there is a $400.00 OBC.

This has been discussed in a number of threads - you have to book whatever is cheapest and that might be without your C&A status. There are a number of times when the promo is better than the C&A discount and you can't combine them.

Some promos are not combinable with the balcony discount.
