rilco33647 Posted December 6, 2015 #1 Share Posted December 6, 2015 On the last night of our last Celebrity cruise (Solstice) we ate at the buffet and thought it was wonderful. On the last RCI cruise (Oasis of Seas) we did the same and thought it was nothing more than all the leftovers from all of the food during the entire cruise. Sooooooo, has anyone ever gone to Horizons for dinner on the last night? What is your opinion of the food on that night? Thanks, in advance, for your responses. Your question about food will almost certainly generate a subjective answer.:)

JF - retired RRT Posted December 6, 2015 #6 Share Posted December 6, 2015 There have been times when I have been pretty sure that some of the dishes were "leftovers" that were repurposed in the buffet. But there are always some dishes that are "new & fresh". YMMV:D

Never really thought much about your points. Lots of buffet dishes always look like leftovers, but there should be fresh salads, soups, carved turkey or some other meats, things like baked potatoes, and other items that can't be described as leftovers. Our experience is that the quality is consistent each evening, that is middle of the road buffet selections, some excellent, some not. You can also opt for pizza or a burger, dog and fries at the grill. If you are on the Royal or Regal you can go to Alfredo's.
