It looks like a light fixture. Does anybody (Copper) know if there are different nautical light requirements for different countries? If look at the picture of yacht taken from above, it looks like that structure can lay down, folding forward.

While Googling Azteca I saw many luxury yachts with similar masts on the bow.

I think it's a tele-communications mast. The dude that owns it is the CEO of a Mexican tele-communications co.

Strike that. I found an overhead view and it's a fixed structure.
