breezy1200 Posted January 17, 2016 #1 Share Posted January 17, 2016 We sailed on the Constellation a year ago and are scheduled on the Feb 16 sailing. One thing I just can't remember... If we want irish coffee or a mimosa in the morning, which bar is open?

JuliaMS Posted January 18, 2016 #6 Share Posted January 18, 2016 We will be on the same cruise. This will be our first time back on Celebrity in 10 years but on other ships my husband just orders from the table at breakfast. He always has a Bloody Mary or Mimosa. It is real good Doesit really matter it tastes bloody great I loved the Aspen coffee!!! It was my go to coffee mid-morning - I'm pretty sure my Aspens also had Brandy in it too. I asked for no whipped cream and just a drop of milk instead. My DH doesn't like coffee and he felt hard done by just having hot chocolates - until I suggested he ask for Frangelica to be added to it - he loved it - so that was his go to drink in the morning. Rare MicCanberra Posted January 18, 2016 #10 Share Posted January 18, 2016 (edited) On the Celebrity ships it is actually a shot of Espresso coffee with a dash of Kahlua, Baileys and Frangelico topped with whipped cream.:D Edited January 18, 2016 by MicCanberra

morbihan Posted January 18, 2016 #12 Share Posted January 18, 2016 What a coincidence. Just been talking about my mid-morning mudslide. In summer, of course. Had the Aspen after dinner.

Pavovsky Posted January 18, 2016 #14 Share Posted January 18, 2016 Irish whiskey in an Irish coffee (the original). Brandy in a coffee is generally known as a French coffee... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
sleepless Posted January 18, 2016 #15 Share Posted January 18, 2016 Can a person get a regular cup of coffee at Café Bacio? Just plain old regular coffee - no cream, no sugar, no extra additives of any kind?

Sent from my SM-G386W using Tapatalk Great. I intend to sample the various coffee offerings available at Café Bacio throughout the day and evening. The first thing in the morning, I believe that I would prefer just plain old fashioned black coffee, as I walk around the ship. I am usually up about 6:30 am, and exploring the ship by 7:00 am. We will be on deck 6, and I didn't really want to go up to the buffet that early just for a cup of coffee. Room service is out, as DH will still be sleeping. Thanks for your quick reply. ChucktownSteve Posted January 18, 2016 #20 Share Posted January 18, 2016 (edited) Sleepless, Order an Americano. Plain coffee but I usually get a shot of Hazelnut or Tia Maria added for free with the classic package too.
