Cabin Hairdryers on Allure

We are seasoned cruisers, 14+, but this will be the first time on Royal Caribbean. Are the hairdryers that are in the cabins full hairdryers of the small ones? Would like not to have to lug mine....;)

Small, hotel-style dryers. Bring your own! They get hot, but don't blow worth a damn...and you have to hold the button the entire time.

We find them adequate to avoid packing our own.

The hairdryers are what you find in hotels. Not the best, but ok. I have thick, coarse hair and find that they will dry my hair, but make it frizzy so I bring my flat iron, too. One less thing in my suitcase is good for me.

For a person with short thin hair like myself, they get the job done. For longer, possibly thicker haired individuals they may seem lacking.

They may take a bit longer than mine at home, but not enough to make me use that weight for them. Too many other things that need to go in the suitcase.
