According to the deck plans posted on RCI's website there will be a D club.

We were recently on Jewel and although it does not have a Diamond Lounge yet but will after it's refurbish in April it does have a very nice Diamond Event each evening in the Hollywood Bar. You will also have a very cool bar tender in there and if he is still there his name is Henry. Great Guy.

When we were on her in September it was held on Deck 13 on the port side and it was called the Diamond Event in The Vortex. We had wonderful views of breaching whales each evening when we left port ... and the Coast Guard with their big guns running off paddle boarders when they tried to get too close! LOL
