Clarea Posted February 3, 2016 #3 Share Posted February 3, 2016 Which meals are served on royal Caribbean on sail date? Highly dependent on the ship. Some ships (Jewel) have only the buffet. Others (Oasis class) have at least a half-dozen choices.
cb at sea Posted February 3, 2016 #4 Share Posted February 3, 2016 Do you mean for lunch...or dinner, too?
karenelizabeth Posted February 3, 2016 Author #5 Share Posted February 3, 2016 Thanks for the reply. We are sailing Liberty on the 7th and wondering how to plan meals since I am sailing with my 3 children. Is lunch and dinner provided or what will be available? Clarea Posted February 3, 2016 #6 Share Posted February 3, 2016 (edited) Thanks for the reply. We are sailing Liberty on the 7th and wondering how to plan meals since I am sailing with my 3 children. Is lunch and dinner provided or what will be available? Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are included in your cruise fare. Windjammer (buffet) will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. The Main Dining Room will be open for breakfast and dinner daily, and for lunch on sea days. Snacks are available at Cafe Promenade 24 hours. Pizza is available at Sorrento's until late, like 1am or so. Room service is available 24 hours, though they will charge you $4 per order between midnight and 5am. There are also extra cost options available. Edited February 3, 2016 by clarea
karenelizabeth Posted February 3, 2016 Author #7 Share Posted February 3, 2016 Great, I was worried that the sail date meals/restaurants would be different than the rest of the cruise days
karenelizabeth Posted February 3, 2016 Author #8 Share Posted February 3, 2016 Also, around what time is the cruise safety drill?
Clarea Posted February 3, 2016 #9 Share Posted February 3, 2016 Also, around what time is the cruise safety drill? If your ship is sailing at 4:30pm, I would expect muster to be somewhere between 3:15pm and 3:45pm.
njmomof2 Posted February 3, 2016 #10 Share Posted February 3, 2016 Great, I was worried that the sail date meals/restaurants would be different than the rest of the cruise days Please note that the main dining room IS NOT open for lunch on embarkation day. You'll either head to the Windjammer, or go to the Promenade and see if something at the Café Promenade interests you, or if they have pizza at Sorrento's available.
