Adventure of the Seas Deck 6 or 7 on the hump?

We have an E2 cabin on deck 6 on the hump and wondered if deck 7 might be a better choice? What deck are the lifeboats on? Which side of the ship for a Southern Caribbean sailing out of San Juan visiting St Kitts, St Thomas, Aruba, and Curaco as far as view while sailing or while docked?

I don't like the balcony walls on deck 6. All metal. The ones on decks 7 and up are half metal, half glass. Lifeboats are on deck 5.

We loved our portside midship (deck 9) on this itinerary...so much so that we've booked it again for our B2B in May.
