ninel246 Posted February 29, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 29, 2016 We will be sailing on the Escape and received the promo for the UDP and UBP. We are sailing with our 2 kids. I read somewhere they will also receive the soda package. Is this correct? Thanks, Ninel
Rare KeithJenner Posted February 29, 2016 #2 Share Posted February 29, 2016 That has been the case in the past, but not for a while. Dining and beverage packages given as booking perks are now just for the first two passengers.
ColinIllinois Posted February 29, 2016 #3 Share Posted February 29, 2016 For the Terms and Conditions of promos click on the promo and then scroll to the bottom of the page. That will take you to the T/C link with all the information for the various options.
kenteecruisin Posted February 29, 2016 #4 Share Posted February 29, 2016 We took the UBP and our kids received soda cards. They had their share of Shirley temples!
Jenjer Posted February 29, 2016 #5 Share Posted February 29, 2016 The kids no longer get a soda package unless you purchase it. Like so many things it has changed from a year ago and I am sure it will again.
NCLfamily Posted February 29, 2016 #6 Share Posted February 29, 2016 It depends when you booked. My cruise in March it was only for passengers 1&2. My cruise in July it's for all 4.

Wxman0 Posted February 29, 2016 #10 Share Posted February 29, 2016 Here is a breakdown of sorts of the fine print when it comes to these free promotions. If anyone sees anything wrong in there, let me know. ;)
hawkeyetlse Posted March 1, 2016 #11 Share Posted March 1, 2016 In the booking area showing the promos on our booking, it shows soda package for our son and also kids dining package for him as well.Nice! But you must have booked quite some time ago, because this offer only went through April 2015. I don't know when the OP booked, but since they mentioned the UDP it must have been sometime last year, too, but we need to know the month/date to look up the terms. OP, ask for your Amenity Confirmation from NCL. It will list which packages each person in your booking is getting. But like I said, if you booked after April 2015, your kids will not receive the soda package for free.
