Pop-up preventing me to book online

When I click to book to do a mock booking, the "important message" pop-ups and when I click out of it, I get booted back to the main booking page.

 

How do I get past this point on the website?

Yup - getting the same thing, I posted a thread about it a couple of days ago re: booking in Canada

Try a different browser but clear your cookies first. I am also assuming you are on a regular computer and not a tablet or other smart device.

Tried all of this. Two different computers, one tablet. Four different browsers. Cleared all cookies.

Are you on the Canadian website? Website likely needs to match the ISP your computer says its from??? Just guessing.

Can't tell exactly where you are from as your profile does not have complete info. And your User Name is a mix.... So if you are Canadian you should be booking on the Canadian website or if a New Zealander on that website or is your computer confused?

I'm in the U.S. and the same thing happens to me. If I log in it's ok. Used Edge, Chrome, and IE, and get the same.

Oz = Australia. I am dual but am based in Toronto. There unfortunately is no MSC Canadian Web site. It redirects to a global information site with no way to actually book anything.

 

My computer isn't confused. Until very recently I was able to go right through to the screen where you input credit card information. Then all of a sudden, about two weeks ago, something changed. Happens on my computer at work, happens on my computer at home. Happens on my work computer on my home network. Happens on my tablet.

 

Anyway, looks like I just have to go through the call centre.

There is no MSC Canadian site. I live in Canada and have been having the same issue for the last week or so.
