The UDP is geared toward dinner - the only alternative for breakfast is the Bistro which is not that inviting. You are better off using the MDR or if you are Elite - the Tuscan Grill.

None of the specialty restaurants are open for breakfast so your breakfast options would be Oceanview (buffet) MDR or Aqua Spa Café.

FYI, just off the Solstice and Bistro didn't open until 11:00a.m.

And on Reflection, currently Bistro has been converted to a pop-up Sushi only restaurant. No breakfast.
