What is the difference between the $12.59 Voom and the $9.09 Voom besides the price? What is different about what I am getting?

Nothing, the $9.09 is a pre-cruise sale price.

How was your internet service on the Indy last summer with VOOM? I'm trying to decide whether to pre-purchase the package.....

 

When we were on Indy last April, they didn't have it yet, but we did have VOOM on oasis in November and it was good. My son's watch YouTube videos a lot, and they were able to watch them with no issues.
