Ship-Shore access via tender during overnight in Cabo?

I just booked my wife's family (including us, naturally) on the 5-night LA-to-Cabo round trip. The ship overnights in Cabo. This is our first overnight stay, and the tenders add an interesting wrinkle.

Are tenders available at, say, 2:00am? 4:00am? Is there a deadline to get on or off the ship for the night?

For safety reasons, the tenders will stop at a specific point and restart in the morning.

It's entirely possible for the tenders not be in the water in the morning.

Transport stopping at midnight? It sounds a bit like Cinderella. :)

I would hope not. Consider how much fun it would be if half way to the ship and the clock strikes midnight.

And the tender turns into a pumpkin and crew turns into mice. :D
