A MILLION times better to navigate. Anyone else see it?:):):)

I have another question LOL.... If you do the cruise for the 15 days and the ship goes back to Miami to drop off/pick up for the 7 days, do you have to leave the ship and check in for the second leg? I hope that made sense.

I don't know how MSC handles B2B cruises, as I don't think they sell one that is 15 days on Divina...But I can tell you that that passengers sailing on a ship that calls back in a US port must get off briefly to 'zero down' the ship before the next group of passengers can board. It is a brief walk-off to see immigration (no customs) and back onboard. I have read that some were processed in a lounge onboard, but that has not yet been my experience.

As to the website, I can login and see my cruise, but info that was there before, such as OBC that I purchased, is not showing now. And it does not recognize me as a Voyagers club member. EM

Maybe the OP is comparing this one to their previous, circa 2002 website.

Oh. That's right. This IS their 2002 website.

Done a couple of B2B with MSC from/to Miami. In the past we've meet in the Black and White Longe at an allocated time with our cruise cards and passports. Escorted off the ship through customs and straight back on again. This all took about half an hour, so no big deal.

I'm the only one seeing the new website? Has anyone tried doing a dummy booking? It is totally different today than it has been.

OH....YIPEEEEEEEE, I FINALLY COMMITTED AND BOOKED MY FIRST MSC CRUISE. Going for the one week instead of the B2B

Champagne, I stand corrected. Splash page looks the same but the booking mechanics are far superior. Unfortunately both of my bookings (one which I made yesterday) are still completely screwed up, with incorrect addresses and random strangers in my room. Hope my wife doesn't mind.

I've seen it but it truncates your packages to only one line if you have purchased anything in advance, at least that is my experience.

It also has my birthday wrong by a day and no voyager club number. [sigh]

That's the way it is on every cruise line, a Government requirement, not the ship's.

I'm new to the MSC site, but I had quite a bit of trouble navigating on it yesterday. And when I tried to get a Status Match, the program kicked me out when I clicked on my Celebrity Captain's Club standing. Annoying at 12 midnight.

It's doing the same thing to me, with my birthday off a day and saying my voyager club number doesn't match my information.

On my first cruise with MSC, they mixed up my info with my son's, and I was too young to purchase alcohol, but my 17 yr old was golden!

Glad I am not the only one with the birthday off by a day! Not sure about anyone else, but I can't see all my booked cruises; I have to login with each number individually. Still, hopefully they get the bugs ironed out as the new interface does seem an improvement.

I am new to MSC as I booked with them last week and I am not feeling the love for their website so far. I registered and see that I am also a day younger on my profile 😁, but the rest of my info appears correct - for now. I applied for a status match over 2 weeks ago and I am not sure where that went to. My Voyager number also doesn't seem to work signing into (or trying) the Voyager club. Will try again another day.. My cruise isn't until Feb😔 so plenty of time to get it corrected. I read that they have website issues, finding that out first hand.

In my case I'm leaving on May 14 on the Divina, so there was some urgency attached to my attempts. After trying five or six times in vain, I sent an email to the Voyagers department in which I provided all the information I thought necessary. I added a statement that I accepted the T&C and sent it off around 12:45AM EDST.

To my surprise and considerable joy, by 9Am the next morning I had both my and my wife's numbers. So you might try that route.
