I wonder what's up with the 2 ships still in port in Fort Lauderdale? Lights are on now....

If I viewed and sed the PE website correctly, it looks like the Carnival Conquest and Royal Navigator.

One is Carnival Conquest and the other is RCI Navigator of the Seas. Not sure what their itineraries are that would still have them there - it does seem unusual.

Carnival ship broke down and apparently navigator can't get out. At least that's what Facebook says.

The Captain of the Carnival Conquest reported an issue of some sort and the Navigator can't leave until they do. They'll be leaving in a few minutes.

 

I wonder if Carnival is going to pay the extra docking fees for Navigator.

The pride broke the gang way in Baltamore and the Conquest broke down. Not to mention the Carnival Liberty has had thruster issues lately and couldnt get into some ports because of it.

Glad the ships got moving even if they were late leaving. Carnival is back in the new again and not in a good way.

Oh yea, I'm sure every news crew is on scene, interviewing people about how terrible carnival is because a gangway broke.

 

Gangways break all the time. The engineers keep trying to build them sturdier, but cruisers keep getting fatter, cruise by cruise.
