Cruise Personalizer is down...

... just FYI if you absolutely MUST figure out something right now. And also, curious if anyone notices anything new when it comes back up! Because to be down on a Saturday for scheduled maintenance makes very little sense IMO.. weekends are when families may just decide, "what the heck, we need to get Elite status ASAP! Let's book more cruises!" right? :D

Yeah, maybe it's a US thing? I even tried to look at the shipboard credit through another avenue and it said it'll be down until 11:00 PM PDT. That sounds like there's more to it than just a simple maintenance issue..

It's down for me as well and not just the personalizer. It won't let me search for any cruises

8:33p on west coast and still not working for me. Hopefully when it comes up there there will be a price drop on my cruise :)

Saturday night seems to be a common maintenance time. It's frustrating for consumers, though. I noticed today in my personalizer that excursion prices have gone up since I booked, but they're now on sale 10% off. We still have the lower price from booking before the rate increases. I didn't notice anything else different.

I'm in Oz and Personaliser is working (it was down for most of last week) but I can't search for cruises... or view my cruise in the Personaliser. I can just see my personal info etc.
