Summit 3114 w/pics

We recently returned from a Summit Bermuda trip and stayed in cabin 3114 (one of the restructured Conference Room cabins). Prior to sailing, I tried to find pictures of the cabin to no avail. So I thought I would post a few here, to help anyone else looking for more information.

The cabin was very comfortable for the 2 of us. There was no hallway noise, since no one really walks by this area unless their cabin is here. There was a slight hum of the engines but after the first night, we got used to it. It was never an issue.

The location was perfect for us. We use the stairs most of the time, so to our right and one deck up was the casino and the Martini Bar. Two decks up, the Cafe. If you leave the room and go left down the "private hall", the back bank of elevators are there. It seemed like no one ever used those. We could take the stairs up to dinner or the elevator up to the buffet. They open right in the middle of it, which is also close to the Sunset Bar end. Perfect!

If you have any questions about the cabin, I will try to answer them. We were not in there much but we really loved having the big window and being so close to everything that we liked to do. For an ocean view cabin, it was great!

Thanks for the details and posting the pics. We selected this cabin for a 2017 sail to bermuda. Disappointed about hum of engine noise, but sounds like it is not that annoying, is that correct?

Awesome...thanks for the info. We are booked in 3112 on a B2B next fall. We've been on the Infinity before, and most recently, since these new oceanview rooms were added and did find this was the only easy way to get down to the elite coffeehouse breakfast....but you are correct, there never seemed to be anybody in that hallway.

We were on the Equinox in room 6240 and others had mentioned there was a loud hum of some machinery in the room. There was a definite hum, especially audible in the bathroom but we love white noise so I am sure for us this will be no problem.

thanks again for the info ... especially about the noise and the lack of traffic.

Just completed our Summit cruise in 3120 and 3122. Quiet but very cold hallway and very convenient location. Loud engine hum in cabin that became "white" background noise. Large window. Plenty of storage space.

Thanks for posting. We are in that cabin for Xmas cruise this year.

I would like to switch to 3112, but they aren't moving!

We've been in both 3112 and 3114. We prefer 3114. I didn't like the long hallway entrance in 3112.
