Post dry dock Pride of America, Viva Vino Wine Package details?

I've read many conflicting info to whether the Viva Vino has ever existed on the PoA or if they had a different package since it must adhere to Hawaii laws...Does anyone know for sure if it's offered on the PoA? From what I gather it's usually only available on the first and second day, can only be purchased on the ship...

IF it is available there will be a table located either in the terminal or near where you enter the ship or on the main deck near guest services. The table will outline what wines are available and the cost per package.

There are usually promo tables set up in the boarding are selling dinner pkgs and possibly vino pkg. as well.

I wish Viva Vino was available to pre-order but alas, it has to be done on board only. I usually pre-order 1 bottle of wine for sail away and then order the package after we're out to sea to avoid the port taxes.
