Parking at the San Francisco Port

As others have said, 55 Francisco St. You can make a reservation so you know you'll have a spot when you arrive. Arrive around the time people are debarking as this will free up parking spots on the lower level of the parking garage. Easy walk to the ship, there's no one there to help you handle luggage to the ship. So, you can either drop your luggage off first at the port, or self assist. We self assist since it's not a long walk.

This has been extensively covered on the west coast departure board. 55 Francisco is basically the spot to park if you are driving to the city. Relative to general rates for SF parking it is actually quite reasonable.

I have parked several times at 80 Francisco, across the street from 55 Francisco. The rate was/is slightly lower, $16/day versus $18/day. However on our most recent 10-day cruise, the folks at 80 Francisco seem to have decided to count the 10-day trip as 11 calendar days, so what was once $160 (no tax charged) was now $176. Don't know if 55 Francisco charges tax in addition to the $18/day or how they count days, but that's the current update for anyone who is comparing the two parking lots.

Thanks for the information! We have decided to take a shuttle with our group and we will all arrive at the same time!

I use IM park which is right across from 55 Francisco. For my 10 day upcoming Alaska Cruise on July 30th (we have used them 4 times before as well), it is $16 a day for 11 days overall for a 10 day cruise . Email them if interested, they will send your a confirmation with rate (just show them the email when you drive in with your last name). Payment due when you exit the garage - no need to pay ahead or provide a credit card ahead of time.

- Note: the only "downfall" versus 55 Francisco is that you park on roof of parking garage so your car gets a little dirty. The have a section cornered off just for your cruise. Great service and quick communication. Highly recommend.
