Canaletto is never open for lunch; PG is sometimes open for lunch on port days but there's no way to know ahead of time.

All of the Specialty Restaurants will be open every evening for dinner. In fact, port evenings are an ideal opportunity to get a dinner reservation at one of them.

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear. We arrive late afternoon and are in port until 11pm. I'm enquiring about dinner.

There will be one evening when the Pinnacle becomes Le Cirque evening -- price for this special menu is $49 per person.

If you are on a long cruise, there may even be an evening when the Pinnacle is closed for regular dining as there may be the Cellar Master's Dinner.

Yes, it's my experience that they have been open on every ship I've been on. They will not stay open until 11.

The dress code is the same as for the evening (posted in the On Location). So smart casual or Gala depending on the night.

 

Now, some will wear a sports jacket or blazer (men) when they dine there but it is not necessary.

 

Just follow the dress code (which is very easy now) and you will be fine :)
