Anthem cabin change

We changed cabins per some advice from some Anthem pros on here. We changed from a Forward balcony on deck 13 to cabin 12196 balcony on deck 12. Any have any thoughts? Anyone sail in this cabin? Thanks for the advice before and going forward.

I have not sailed in that cabin. If you don't mind sharing, however, what is the difference between the two that made you change locations?

The original cabin was forward on deck 13 and people on here said we were under the pool and it might be noisy. Now on deck 12 we have cabins above and below us which we were told should result in a quieter voyage.

You made the right choice and avoided deck #13 ;)

We sailed in 12162 and 12562. Sorry, never in your exact room. But, we found the room convenient and quiet. We were right by the elevators and still no noise. You can't really go wrong with a stateroom under a stateroom. Better choice than under the pool.

Thanks, I really like where we are now. In the middle where we can go to either sets of elevators.
