Anyone else having difficulty with the Princess website today?

 

There was a notice on the site saying it was being upgraded and would be available later that day.

Still having issues this am using safari. Log in via regular means doesn't work immediately then my princess will suddenly show up. Trying to book flights all weekend to no avail, keeps saying unable to process at this time and call Princess to book flights. Don't know what's going on there???:confused::confused::confused:

Still having issues this am using safari.

I suggest you open Safari Preferences, click on the Privacy tab, click on Details, enter Princess in the search box, delete all cookies with princess.com in the name. Then reboot your computer and try to login to the Princess website again.

Yes, I would long in and it would not show me as logged in and kept asking me to log in. Glad it is not just me...

 

Same here; I just logged in 10 minutes ago. I wanted to look at the Bridge Cams before my CP, and it kept asking me to log in again.

Lew, actually the same funky stuff still went on when I initially signed into the website but on the other hand I was able to book my flights, pick seats and the only thing I did differently was not put in my FFN. Thanks again.

I tried booking a flight on EZ Air yesterday. I had no problem logging in and searching for flights. However, when I tried to actually reserve the flight I got a message "We are unable to process your request." I haven't tried today.

I did get my flights about an hour ago but still not recognizing my initial log in.

They must be correcting the problem as the Princess web site as of right now is finally working correctly on our computer.

 

Like yesterday, it's intermittently working normally so apparently the problem is with their website & not with my Safari browser's cookies...does that sound accurate Lew?

I was able to connect correctly a few moments ago. Yesterday our 2 cruises that are booked was not showing up and I refreshed the same page then our cruises showed up.
