Hi all

On FOS this Sunday and watching the weather tracking potential hurricane Karl hitting the Caribbean. Just wondering in people's experience if they do change the ports of call when will they notify us? Do they try and stick to the ports as much as they can? We really didn't want to go to Mexico! .....

What would be everyone's advice, get in the queue at the shore excursions desk or try to get online and sort something out ourselves?

If they change the itinerary they will not have the new shore excursions on line. Just head to shore excursions desk as soon as you find out for sure that the itinerary has been changed.

They probably won't have different excursions available untl you are onboard.

we had ports canceled after we arrived! ( mostly tender ports)

We had one time at Grand Cayman where we took one of the first round of tenders over and they never let us out of the "paddock" on the island. We waited for about 20 minutes and they told everyone to get back on the tenders. They took us back to the ship and that was it. They cancelled the stop. The seas were really rough.

We didn't even tender to the middle of town like normal, but to a large gravel lot on the south shore of the island. Never had that happen before.

I thought that he meant should he find things himself on line, independent/private tours.
