Service Unavailable ... again

A little while ago I had this message on the MSC site. I was able to get in using a different browser.

 

However, I'm getting it again. This time it's as soon as I try to get onto the site. The last time it was after I clicked on "already booked."

 

I'm in the US. Anyone else have this problem?

No problem logging in, or just looking at various information on any of the 3 browsers I use.

 

I'm sure you've already cleared your cache and restarted your PC, right? I know that may not be much help but it's what I had to do a month ago. It's worked fine since then.

I still can't get on, but here's a question....

 

Do I really need to?

 

I filled out the pre-cruise info. and printed it out. I'm not going to buy any excursions.

 

I have not received my cruise docs or luggage tags, but my understanding is these are sent to either me or my TA via email. Am I right?

 

So I can just check every now and then rather than 15 times a day like I'm doing now.:(
