OBC from RCCL points CC refund if not used?

Wondering if you do not use your OBC from your RCCL Points Credit card can you cash out at the end of your cruise? Or what is the best way to do that?

You can get cash from GS on the last day or it will be refunded to the credit card you put on file when you checked in. If that is a B of A card double points will be deducted just as double points are added if you make an RCL charge

Ok so they will cash it out with no fee the last night? or put the amount back on your CC. Correct? Wondering if you could cash it out in the Casino? Or even if it can be used in the casino??

If you cash it out at the casino, they will charge you 5%.

I usually find I can cash out at guest services noon or later on the last day. Yes, you can use the OBC in the casino or anywhere on the ship that is for a charge. As Bob says above, if you cash out at the casino there is a 5% charge.

I cashed out almost $200 of OBC at Guest Services on the last full day of the cruise with no problem. Just told them I wanted to Cash Out the OBC and they handed me the cash. This was on the Grandeur about a month ago. Only the refundable OBC can be cash out. If you any OBC from other sources that is non-refundable, they will not cash that out. You have to use it onboard. If you have both kinds of OBC, RCCI uses the non-refundable first before they dip in the refundable.

Only certain onboard credit is available to be refunded. Any onboard credit you are offered through a RCL promotion can not be refunded if you do not use it. Any Travel Agent specific onboard credit, gift purchased onboard credit or the Bank of America RCL credit card onboard credit can in fact be refunded if its not used. In those cases where the on board credit is eligible for refund do not take it out at the casino or you will be charged 5% as people have mentioned.

Any non-refundable OBC can be cashed out in the casino with that 5% charge. Have done it many times.
