If you wait until you board, you will receive your refund as OBC on your SeaPass card. (which would be refundable, but is still less smooth than a refund to your cc.) kalliekae Posted November 24, 2016 #3 Share Posted November 24, 2016 We had to cancel an excursion while on board and were told we had to do it 24 hours before the excursion if we wanted a refund that would be an OBC. If you can possibly cancel your excursions before the cruise, it would be best. Also, you probably don't want to wait in line and that excursion desk line is always long once you board. To support this, excursion cancellations must be made three days prior to sailing to provide a direct credit to the card used for the original charge. If past this time frame, the credit will be issued as a refundable OBC, if not used in full by the end of the cruise. On board cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to the excursion to then be issued as a refundable OBC. :) Edited November 24, 2016 by leaveitallbehind

Rare brillohead Posted November 24, 2016 #7 Share Posted November 24, 2016 Just call (or click online) and cancel now, rather than waiting until you're onboard -- no waiting in line!
