About half the food venues are no extra cost. The activities you mentioned are also no extra cost.

All the things you mentioned are free, even the hot dog stand

 

Some food is extra, ice cream shop and hamburger (Rockets)

No extra cost for the Solarium.

 

Things that do have an extra cost are sauna and steam room in the fitness center.

I would assume candy stores and cupcakes are upcharge, but I'm not a RCL cruiser, just going by the norm on other ships.

Hot dogs, pizza, sandwiches at Cafe Promenade are no extra cost.
