I just requested a quote from my travel agent for a cruise to Bermuda on Summit. She didn't say anything about the free perks for booking a balcony.

Does everyone get the free perks?

Ask your TA, you have perks from Celebrity and sometimes perks from the TA so you need to ask directly. A lot of the bigger online TAs tend to give you more than the smaller mom and pop operations.

Take a look at the Celebrity website and look up your cruise. There you will

see any Celebrity is offering. :)

Discounted rates for your state of residence, age or something else, do not get perks.

 

Price your cruise on the X website and see what you come up with.

You need to carefully analyze the value of perks. In most cases the perks are imbedded in the price of the cruise, so they are not free. Sometimes it is better to take a special rate with reduced perks or no perks than a higher price with perks included. Some people see what they thinks is substantial OBC or a drink packaged grab the "deal". Perks are marketing tools to intice you to book. Now, sometimes a deal is really a deal, you just need to do some homework.
