Interesting survey question

Maybe, management wants honest feedback... at least as much as they can get. There was a thread on this subject last year and how many of the crew were asking for the best positive rating.

Not a good sign when the company has to ask this question, but last time I bought a car, the same thing happened.

What can stop it, IMHO, is to NOT use the survey to punish employees, but use survey to learn customer experiences and improve on the experience. If in the rare case that a passenger relays something that rises to the level management needs to take action, then document the issue and take appropriate action.

I have written letters in past to corporate offices to express both poor and excellent service.
