Reservations Down

Just called Royal to book a cruise for my wife and I and some friends and their reservation system is down. They are saying it won't be up for another 3-4 hours. How can you build billion dollar ships and not invest money into your own IT systems? It is totally frustrating. :mad:

Totally unacceptable, I don't get them. They really need to get their ***** together when it comes to booking cruises, not losing or cancelling cruises, and that website needs to work without a hitch. I mean its pretty ridiculous a multi billion dollar company can't work these things out.
