Timmer's 2017 44 Day Cruise from Hong Kong to Vancouver

We're now in Kushiro which is our last stop in Japan. At 43° north it is south of Seattle, but it is pretty chilly and cloudy today.

We just departed Kushiro.

 

Today we saw cranes, a couple foxes, and a bunch of totem poles.

 

No internet for 6 days, but I will update my blog once we get to Kodiak.

After 6 days at sea from Japan we are in Kodiak. We were delayed for 2 hours because an Alaska ferry was disabled with a mechanical issue. It was a very flat crossing.

 

 

I'll update my blog for the past 6 days as I have time today.

We're just arriving in Vancouver ending our 44 day cruise. I'll update my blog for the past few days later today or tomorrow. We fly from YVR to Sea at noon. It's been a terrific cruise with super flat waters the entire time.
