Splash Academy charges while Ship is in Port

Hi all. I was doing some research about NCL policies and found that the Kid's program is only free during the day while the ship is at sea. In port, there is a charge of $5.00/hour or $8.00/hour for two during the day.

 

Is this the case please? Thanks for your help

the kids program is 1000% free, cost 0 dollars

certain things do cost extra money, like for example according to that page:

Want some alone time? Then drop off the little ones at Port Play for free. Only a small fee applies for the supervision of your child(ren) during breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. Meal times are based on ship and itinerary.

The do charge after 10:30 pm, and during certain hours on port day.
