So, the survey I received was about my thoughts on non-refundable deposits. But there was very little additional info.

 

Not sure if it was on all cruises or not.

 

Just reading on the Royal site, that they are actually doing this as of July 1, 2017:

Got the first one with the broken link BUT the very next day received the revised link with the survey... Completed it and submitted. I think the payment options for auto deduct payments are a great idea as one way to pay overtime and not think about it (would be done monthly for 6 or 12 months). This survey came out about 3 weeks ago (maybe a little longer).
