I was ready to buy Voom package online because website says 20 percent discount from buying during cruise but I am Diamond which I believe means I would have $29 something off coupon on my card. Does anyone know if you have to chose one or the other or can I still buy online and get credit applied once I get on board?

 

 

Also when it says one device that means one device at a time right?

You cannot get the Diamond discount for pre-cruise purchases. The Diamond discount is either $20 off a package or one free 24-hour period. One device means one at a time.

For diamonds on a 7 day cruise it's cheaper to buy it ahead of time through the cruise planner.

We just got off Anthem, the surf and stream was a waste of money. It worked only half the time and at crawling speed. So much for surf and STREAM

Well, don't ever bother with a ship without O3B internet which Anthem has and is about as good as it gets.

True when it is on sale or the previous 30% off pre cruise price. But with Surf being cheaper on board than current pre cruise Stream and through some wise choice of coupon use, a D can get VOOM cost down to well below pre cruise prices buying on board.
