This ship will most likely dock with the pier on the starboard side, but that may or may not be the side that has the "best" view.

While docked, you are likely to be OFF the ship, or on a public deck. You will have a view of something other than water anywhere...you're in a harbor!

It depends if you want to see water and have a view of the area then be port side.

 

If you're like me and you prefer to the the port and people going off/on the ship then be on

the starboard side.

Flip a coin as I do. I have been on numerous Eastern Caribbean run, and I find not much difference.
