I really did try to find on website.

 

Current policy of taking on wine? must you carry it on? one per person? one per cabin? can you put in luggage?

 

And I tried to find where you can pre-purchase a bottle of liquor? only found info about purchasing beverage package!

As provided in the Passage Contract, guests agree not to bring alcoholic beverages of any kind onboard for consumption, except one bottle of wine or champagne per adult of drinking age (no larger than 750 ml) per voyage, which will not be subject to a corkage fee if consumed in the stateroom. Additional wine or champagne bottles are welcome, but will incur a $15 corkage fee each, irrespective of where they are intended to be consumed. Liquor, spirits or beers are not permitted. Please remember that luggage will be scanned and alcohol outside of our policy will be removed and discarded.*

 

Alcoholic beverages that are purchased duty free from the ship's gift shop, or at ports of call, will be collected for safekeeping and delivered to the guest's stateroom on the last day of the cruise. A member of the ship's staff will be at the gangway to assist guests with the storage of their shoreside alcoholic purchases while our Boutiques staff will assist guests with shipboard alcoholic purchases.

*Princess Cruises is not responsible for any alcoholic beverages removed and discarded by shoreside security staff.

Such items are not eligible for monetary refund or replacement.

....you can click on the 'View Packages and Details' link under the 'All Inclusive Beverage Package' heading and view all beverage items in the Gifts and Services catalog, even if not logged in to your cruise personalizer. Scroll about 2/3 of the way down the pop-up document to view the bottles of spirits available for in-room purchase.

 

Note that if you pre-pay in advance, whether through the cruise personalizer or by phone to the gifts and services line, what will be waiting in your cabin is a voucher for the items and not the actual bottles. You have to call room service to have them delivered--or you can just wait until boarding, call room service to order them (though good luck getting through on embarkation day) and charge the bottles to your shipboard account.

Took me 10 seconds to find it on the WEB when I typed "Princess Wine Policy" into Google. This was the very first hit -

We have always carried our 3 bottles of wine in our checked luggage since it's to heavy and large for our carry on bags & sometimes they charge us & sometimes not. It depends on the people scanning the bags I suppose.
