Celebrating25! Posted May 30, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 30, 2017 :) First time cruising on anthem of the seas on June 8th to the Caribbean. what do the men wear for dinner? Are collared polo shirts acceptable? What about Hawaiian shirts? We have formal wear for the formal nights but wondering about the rest of the trip. Thanks in advance. cruzgryphon Posted May 30, 2017 #4 Share Posted May 30, 2017 Dinner for men is pretty relaxed. Obviously no shorts/ torn jeans (although I've seen some men wearing it in the MDR - I'm just not that comfortable with it). Khaki pants and a "relaxed shirt" as you have mentioned are fine. For formal nights you'll see anything from men with just shirts and ties and nice pants all the way up to Tuxes.

Rare vacationlover_mn Posted May 30, 2017 #6 Share Posted May 30, 2017 On non-formal nights, DH has worn khakis with a collared polo or Hawaiian shirt, and has never felt out of place. I always wear some sort of dress, but only because it's the only time all year I dress up, and I've never felt out of place.

cb at sea Posted May 30, 2017 #9 Share Posted May 30, 2017 Most men will be in golf/polo type shirts. Hawaiian shirts are fine, too! Basically anything but a tee.
