Why is the Liberty still in Galveston?

It's possible it was mid or forward. I didn't see it but there was a note in the cabin when we arrived that parts of decks 11 and 12 would be blocked off.

Not all the way aft, it was between the main pool and solarium. You could only get from pool to solarium on one side, don't recall which.
