Black Friday Cruise Sale on Ship?

Recommended Posts

We will be sailing on FOS for Thanksgiving, and we will be on the ship for Black Friday. We are looking to book a cruise for next spring for the family, Does RCCL do any good deals (like kids free would be awesome) for booking on-board during Black Friday?

Last year they were offering an extra $25 on board credit for Balcony and above staterooms on our sailing in the Caribbean. Knock yourself out with that deal. Although, you'll likely be charged for your water you "enjoyed" in your stateroom once you get home and that will cut their losses in half.

By Nov the prices could have gone up by more than any kind of deal you may find on board. Deals can be had at any time - no reason to wait to book on board. The minimal OBC and lower deposits can very easily be outweighed by price changes.

Only ever seen what's been offered online the same day. The last cruise we were on the NCC told us not to bother booking onboard as there is no incentive and depending on the type of cabin you want it is now more restrictive than booking it off the ship (fees for changing reservation etc if booking suites etc.)

I guess there would be good deals during Black Friday. But it is not an assurance that there may be no better deal to be offered for that booking on the days leading to that cruise date.

It seems to be on all cabins. I think, that RCL will have a refundable and non deposits.
