Any baby friendly beach pools?

The last few times we've been in Cozumel we've gone to Paradise Beach and really enjoyed ourselves. Last time was the first time with DD (7 mo at the time) and they told us after we got there and paid that she wasn't allowed into the pool. This is the only time ever that she has not been allowed in a land based pool due to swim diapers, and she has been in a ton of different pools and water parks.

 

So does any one know if any of the private beaches allow swim diapers in their pools?

Check out Playa Mia beach club - they have a kiddie water park popular with toddlers, plus a nice beach, water toys, and several package options for food/drinks/transportation.

I would agree--Playa Mia. The pools at other beach clubs aren't geared toward younger children and babies.

It has been some years since I checked but I believe Park Royal said swim diapers were OK and Buccanos said, no.

 

Always best to write and ask in advance and check current policy before you arrive and then at least you have something in writing if questioned.
