That bed looks amazing Stealthy and as you say that is your first prioity so you are kicking goals!! And you have all of the Yaught club perks as well, lucky you!

Have a great cruise.

The bed is absolutely Fantastic, so soft yet firm and very cosy. Pillows are divine and no noise what so ever from room mates or ship goings on.

My DW finds it very hard to get up in the morning, or it maybe the Champagne Lounge the night before....I'm not too sure [emoji6]

Hei Stealthy,

glad, you are on board again (looking forward to your review because I tremendously enjoyed your last review!!!)

May I ask you an important ;-) question? We very much enjoy the pizza-delivery service in YC -

do you happen to know during what timeframe you can order pizza to your stateroom on the Meraviglia???

Thanks in advance and have an amazing cruise -

kr

I've never read that about inside cabins. Plus. It's MSC........the information isn't always right, they have to update the web page to include Current YC photos for Meraviglia as it states info from the fantasia class as Normal YC. They also said it would have two whirlpools in YC...... wrong!

The Swedish version of their brochure has the information that all YC suites has marble bathroom.

As I said I don't care about it but the information is there so someone might be disappointed about it.

Someone might be disappointed that there is only one whirlpools too.

Agreed the info is not up to date. They really need to now do real time photos of ALL cabins to show the layout of each type, from Bella through to YC Royal Suits. MSC. If your reading this, do it!

Yeah right they'll listen to me. Lol.

Cheers from the YC sundeck and bar (that's what they call it now) [emoji849]dbad1b540587485057d1faa8e19bc5e0.jpg

PS. Bea, come say hi. I don't know who you are. Cheers [emoji482]

Do you have a marble bathroom at home? It's a bathroom... it provides two purposes in life and I couldn't care lass about what it's made of, it's clean and functional. I'm not buying the room, just renting it for a week.

A stool would be handy but that's about it. It's fine by me and I'm a big guy. The privileges of YC is what matter to me not the finishes of the bathroom [emoji372]

I love the fact that MSC is providing inside cabins in the Yacht Club at an affordable price. I have two cruises booked in them. And I LOVE the Yacht Club perks and amenities. I'm spoiled forever!

However, I'm disappointed in these first photos of the rooms. I was hoping they would be a little more luxurious in the Yacht Club. They look like regular inside cabins.

The MSC Seaside do look more like YC Suites, so along with the sister ship, are the ones to book. The Seaside Inside YC drawing, looks really nice and something I really want to book.

Indeed, the drawing looks good. We booked for next March, but I do know that drawing are only conceptual until they are replaced by real photos. While I am optimistic, I did note that the Meraviglia YC interior drawings still show two chairs in the room and that was not the OP's reality.

I'll cope, no matter what. I'm steps away from the bar and what looks like a forward outdoor deck. I will survive.:D

I think that the suite looks great, but small!

Lots of people say that they don't really care about the cabin because they only sleep there so maybe the suite is for them? It's a cheaper way to get access to the YC.

If I should cruise alone I might be interested in it for the better price but for two it seems very small but still nice.

I agree - we had Balcony YC Deluxe Suite and never used it - was either in port - in the Top Sail lounge or on the pool deck. In YC you don't have to stay in your cabin to enjoy your cruise

Thanks for the video! Looks nice enough. I have an interior Yacht Club on the SEASIDE in January. According to MSC it should be a bit larger, but you really can't go by anything MSC prints. It's usually wrong. Anyway it's a great value to get all the amenities of the Yacht Club and that is my primary objective.

I have two questions. I notice your cruise card doesn't say anything special about being in the Yacht Club. I'm surprised. I thought the Yacht Club might have completely different cards. Also, I'm surprised you have a card at all. I thought on the MERAVIGLIA they had the new "MSC for Me" technical platform, and they were using smart wristbands? Were you offered those or did you have the option? Just curious as SEASIDE is supposed to have them as well.

Yes the card is as shown. You also get the card as well as the bracelet. It works the same as the cruise card. You ONLY need your cruise card for getting off and back on the ship. 3b41232ab9d6b0dd6eb588c5e32d65a9.jpg03ae9175aacebe3abbbd7595e1e65c60.jpg

You can use the card as normal around the ship. The bracelet does exactly the same thing without carrying the card around, no lanyard.

Like I said the cruise card is only needed (if you choose to use the bracelet) when leaving the ship and to get back on. The other exception is using the gaming machines in the casino. You need the card for points as well as charging credit to your room. The machines also take cash.

Speaking of lanyards. 95% of the ship doesn't use a lanyard. I've hardly seen any. Bracelets for the kids are a good idea (tracking) to find where they are on the ship through the app.
