Free WIFI in which ports? Doing the ABC Islands and St. Maarten

Hi all,

 

These boards have been so helpful in getting ready for our first family cruise which is now just 11 days away!!! I am ready to put away my phone and be unconnected for the duration of our trip but in traveling with teenagers they of course would like to be connected. I am not purchasing the WIFI on board for them and wondering if anyone knows off hand which ports may have free WIFI in and around the port area. We visit Aruba, Bonaire, Curaco and St. Maarten

Best people to ask would be crew members, such as your stateroom attendant and/or dining staff.

We were just in Curacao and there is free wifi in the city. Don't know if it is island-wide.

Look for a bunch of crew huddled in an area staring at the their mobile devices - that's where the free wifi is.

There is a store area in the port in St Martin. We always see lots of crew there.

Candy store in St. Martin has free wifi if you spent $2,also along beach there is free wifi. Aruba has free wifi done buy the casino, Curacao has it all around and Bonaire has it just off the ship in the shade.

I believe I saw there is an ongoing list of where to find free wifi. Check at the ports of call area of CC.
