Beach day pass

We are going to be in Cozumel and are planning a beach day. I have been to Playa Mia and have enjoyed it, but heard there are a few others. Anyone been to Mr Sanchos or Nachi Cocom? Just wondering which one is better?

We have been to both....so kind of depends on what kind of day you are looking for.

 

Mr. Sanchos is a pretty big complex with lots of people, lively music playing, good food and great service and nice pools and beach. Also offers a lot of water activities (for a fee) the keep kids entertained.

 

Nachi Cocom only accepts 130 people max. Smaller place that is clean, quiet and laid back. Has a nice pool with swim up bar. Food is very good and service is great!! Not too much for kids to do so not as many families.

 

We prefer Nachi because we want a quiet relaxing day

Nachi is quieter and limits the amount of guests. Mr. Sanchos is livelier and has an all you can eat food buffet. Both have unlimited drinks.

If you want all-inclusive those two ( Nachi Cocum and Mr. Sanchose) are the top-rated places around here.

 

If you want pay-as-you go, your best choices are the other way of doing Mr. Sancho's or Paradise Beach.

No water activities (besides swimming) included. A snorkel trip is $38 extra.

Nachi has no water toys, etc. If you want paddle boards, kayaks, etc. for an extra fee you are better off heading to Sanchos.

We rented a paddle board last time we were there and hoping to again in September.
