We have 13 booked from now till Jan 2019. And they are all gone.

They are doing everything in their power to stop us from making Pinnacle.

Isn't their IT dept "special"

Both C&A and RCI say I have no current bookings for my upcoming cruise in 10 days? glitch in websites?

 

I went to check drink package price as I did yesterday but now both say I have no upcoming cruises or bookings? Has somebody taken over my booking? I booked direct.

It was a glitch,mine disappeared as well. It's back up now.

All my bookings have disappeared when I log on on my iPad but they all show when I log on on my computer. It's been like this for months.

Well it now says my booking number doesnt exist! lol

 

Before I was just going through C&A that then links you to RCI under reservations, so instead i got onto RCI without logging on and filled out entire details and it says booking number doesnt exist.

On pc by the way.

Same here thankfully, I cannot even imagine resolving a disappearing booking over the phone.

 

We don't cruise until Easter 2019 and I fear the cruise would have been and gone before it was resolved (Am I being a little unfair to Royal IT here :D).
