How about 150 Central Park? I was just on Oasis and can't remember if that also had outdoor dining.

 

Also forgot to mention Park Cafe in Central Park.

150 Central Park only had a couple of tables outside but we never saw anyone using them when we were on Harmony.

Forget about that one. That may be the only indoor restaurant with a view to the outside.

And many of the listed "outdoor" restaurants only have a view to the inside. Central Park you can see sky upwards, but you aren't going to catch a seaview. Johnny Rockets you get a bit of a seaview. Also the small cafe you mentioned in your first reply.

One warning about that, unless they have fixed this issue if you eat about a half hour before sunset as the ship is heading west, the sun can be a bit intimidating.
