They did that on our Solstice Cruise in March 2018. We cancelled, then re booked and got a Balcony for the price of an OV. All perks still stayed the same only took a few minutes to do and a couple of days for refund of old deposit. Win Win!!!

No they did raise the OV price, I check a few tomes a week and the OV price suddenly raised over $400 with the new sale.
