I find it hard to understand how RC can have all the very latest innovative technology on the new ships but don't seem to have according to lots of posters a professional efficient website.

The maintenance issues must be resolved, as my cruise inventory is back. A simple banner alerting site visitors would help, but RCI can't seem to do anything extra to alert clients.

I had the same problem. After my 4th call to Royal, I got the info to fix it. I had to create a new account! I haven't had a problem since.

If you are getting the "On Vacation" message, that is likely a problem between your browser and the website. Try a different browser.
